FAQ

Questions agents ask.

Straight answers about what Execio does today.

What is Execio?

Execio is a daily workshop for real estate agents, built on relationships, not bought leads. It tells you who to reach out to today, remembers the details for you, keeps past clients and your sphere from going cold, turns spoken call debriefs into notes, and shows your real net and marketing ROI.

What app helps real estate agents follow up with their sphere?

Execio is built for exactly that. Your sphere and past clients each have their own list with the date you last spoke. You set how long is too long for each list, Execio flags anyone who has gone stale, and the morning brief names the people worth reaching out to today and why.

Does Execio replace my CRM?

No. Execio is not a CRM. It works alongside your CRM: your CRM stays where leads land and your full database lives, and Execio is the place you work your relationships every day.

Does Execio work with Follow Up Boss?

Yes. You connect Follow Up Boss by signing in to approve the connection. Your contacts and their call history come into Execio, and the calls, notes, contact edits, deals and close dates you log in Execio go back to Follow Up Boss.

Does Execio work with BoldTrail?

Yes. Your BoldTrail contacts, lead sources and calls come into Execio, and Execio checks for changes while you have it open. If you turn on the setting, the notes and calls you log in Execio are added to BoldTrail as notes. During early access we set up the BoldTrail connection with you.

I do not use Follow Up Boss or BoldTrail. Can I still use Execio?

Yes. Import a CSV or Excel file, including exports from Google Contacts and Outlook, or contact cards (vCard) from your phone. Most CRMs can export a CSV file.

How does Execio help me remember personal details about my clients?

When you type a note on a contact after a call, Execio picks out the dated moments in it, like a daughter’s graduation, and brings them back in your morning brief a few days ahead. A follow-up with a date in it can become a reminder. Birthdays and home anniversaries show up a week ahead. Keep other personal details, like the dog’s name, in the contact’s FORD notes, and Kelo reads them, along with their recent history, when you ask about that client.

I feel like I have too much to keep track of. Can Execio help?

That is what it is for. Kelo remembers for you and works like your assistant: the morning brief tells you who needs you today and why, the dates in the notes you type come back when they matter, and Kelo can add a task, set a reminder or log a call when you ask.

Who is Kelo?

Kelo is the AI coach and assistant inside Execio, powered by Anthropic. Kelo knows your contacts, deals and tasks, so you can ask who needs a call, what to say, or how your year is tracking. Kelo can also add tasks and reminders, log calls and update contacts and deals, and shows important changes as a card for you to confirm first.

What is the morning brief?

Each morning Execio builds a short brief from your own data: your schedule, the people to reach out to and why, what you should not forget, and where your deals stand. You get a notification at the time you choose and see the full brief when you open Execio.

Can I log calls without typing?

Yes. Tap the mic and talk through the call. Kelo turns it into a debrief card with a clean note and suggested follow-ups. You can edit any line, and nothing is saved until you tap Save. Intake templates for buyers and sellers help you capture the same details every time.

Does Execio send texts or emails for me?

No. Execio drafts the message from your saved templates, or Kelo writes one, and one tap opens it in your own Messages, Mail or Gmail so it comes from your number or address. When you come back, Execio asks whether you sent it and logs the touch if you did.

How does Execio show my real net and marketing ROI?

Each deal holds its commission, referral fees paid, splits, fees, credits and costs, so you see projected net per deal. You can log your other business costs by category. Execio then shows your net after costs and your return by lead source: closings, net and spend for each source.

What is a Move Score?

A Move Score is a number from 1 to 10 you give a contact for how likely they are to buy or sell soon. You can sort your lists by it to see who is closest to a move.

Can I track referral partners?

Yes. Mark contacts as partners, such as lenders, escrow, title, inspectors, transaction coordinators, contractors and attorneys, or your own types. Add partners to a deal’s team, record who referred a deal, see your top referrers, and record referral fees you pay out.

Can I keep track of my investors?

Yes. Tick Investor on any contact and find all of them in one Investors view in People, across your Active list, Past Clients and Sphere. You can ask Kelo “who are my investors?”, and from a file, any tag containing “investor” marks the contact as an Investor. From Follow Up Boss or BoldTrail, a new tag containing “investor” marks a contact your other tags bring in. Ticking Investor in Execio adds an “Execio Investor” tag in Follow Up Boss, and unticking removes it.

Does Execio work on my phone?

Yes. Execio runs in the browser on iPhone, Android and computers, and you can add it to your Home Screen. It is not an App Store app. On iPhone, add Execio to your Home Screen to get notifications.

Will I get reminders?

Yes. Set a reminder for a time or a day and you get a notification when it is due, even when Execio is closed, once you turn on notifications.

Is my data safe?

Execio uses Firebase, from Google, for sign-in and data storage, and all data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Connection tokens for services like Google are encrypted when stored. We do not sell your personal data or share it with data brokers, and we do not use it to train AI models. Anthropic, which powers Kelo, does not train on your Kelo messages. Voice recordings are sent to our transcription provider to turn them into text and are not stored by Execio.

Does Execio see my CRM password?

No. Follow Up Boss connects through its own sign-in and approval screen, so Execio never sees your Follow Up Boss password.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV file anytime, with or without their history. The file opens in any spreadsheet and can be imported back into Execio.

Will importing create duplicate contacts?

Execio matches incoming contacts against the ones you already have and holds possible duplicates for you to review. A file import can be undone.

How much does Execio cost?

There are two plans, Starter and Pro. Founding pricing will be announced soon, and founding members lock in their price for good, for as long as their subscription stays active.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

Both include the full daily system. Starter includes 15 Kelo messages a month that you send, and Pro includes 250. The morning brief, nudges and Kelo looking things up are free on both.

How do I get access?

Execio is opening to agents in small groups. Join the early access list and we will email you when your invite is ready. If you already have an invite, sign in.

Is Execio for teams and brokerages?

Execio is built for individual agents today. If you run a team or a brokerage, contact us and tell us what you need.
