Features
Built for the work between the lead and the closing.
Execio is where real estate agents work their relationships every day, with Kelo remembering the details and doing the small jobs for you. Here is what it does today.
Never forget a detail
Kelo remembers, so you do not have to.
Too many people and too much to remember is how agents burn out. Execio keeps track of the dates in the notes you type and brings them back when they matter.
- Type a note on a contact after a call, and Execio picks out the dated moments in it, like a daughter’s graduation in June, and brings them back in your morning brief a few days ahead.
- A follow-up with a date in your note, like “send the comps by Friday”, can become a reminder on its own.
- Keep personal details, like the dog’s name, in a contact’s FORD notes (family, occupation, recreation, dreams). Ask Kelo about that client and it reads those notes and their recent history.
- Birthdays and home anniversaries show up in your morning brief a week ahead.
Kelo
An AI coach and assistant that knows your book.
Kelo sees your contacts, deals, tasks and goals, so its advice is about your business, not business in general. Kelo is powered by Anthropic.
- Ask who needs a call, what to say to a past client, or how your year is tracking.
- Kelo can add tasks and reminders, log a call, update a contact or a deal, and answer questions about a deal’s money.
- Changes that matter show as a card for you to confirm before anything is saved.
- Your conversations are saved, so you can pick up where you left off on any device.
Morning brief
Know exactly who to reach out to today.
Every morning Execio builds a brief from your own data: your schedule, the people to reach out to and why, what you must not forget, and where your deals stand.
- A short notification at the time you choose, and the full brief when you open Execio.
- Every name and number in the brief comes from your own records.
- Refresh it during the day when your plans change.
Reminders
Reminders that reach you.
Set a reminder for a time or a day and get a notification when it is due, even when Execio is closed.
- Works on iPhone, Android and computers. On iPhone, add Execio to your Home Screen to turn on notifications.
- Recurring tasks for the things you do every week.
Nurture
Past clients and sphere that never go cold.
Your people live in four lists: Hot List, Warm List, Past Clients and Sphere. Each contact shows when you last spoke.
- A Move Score from 1 to 10 shows how likely someone is to move, and you can sort by it.
- Set how many days is too long for each list, and Execio flags anyone who has gone stale.
- A call that goes to voicemail counts as an attempt, without pretending you talked.
- Birthdays and home anniversaries show up a week ahead.
Hands-free
Call notes without typing.
Tap the mic and talk through the call when you hang up. Kelo turns it into one debrief card: a clean note for the contact and suggested follow-ups.
- Edit any line, untick what you do not want, then save. Nothing is saved until you tap Save.
- Intake templates for buyers and sellers, plus your own, capture the questions you ask every time. Kelo can fill one in from what you said.
- Kelo can read its replies aloud with your device’s voice.
- Your recording is turned into text and is not stored by Execio.
Texts and emails
The right message, sent from your own phone.
Open Text or Email on a contact, pick one of your saved templates or start blank, and Kelo can draft it for you.
- One tap opens it in Messages, Mail or Gmail, so it comes from your own number or address.
- Templates fill in names and addresses for you.
- When you come back, Execio asks if you sent it and logs the touch when you say yes.
- A basic wording check flags drafts that could raise a fair housing concern. It is a helper, not legal review.
Deals, costs and ROI
Know your real net and your marketing ROI.
Track every deal from first conversation to close, with the money that goes with it.
- Commission, referral fees paid, splits and fees, credits and the costs of each deal, with projected net.
- A costs list by category, including monthly costs that repeat.
- Net after fees, splits, credits and costs, next to gross.
- Return by lead source: closings, net and spend for each source, so you know what is worth paying for.
Partners and referrals
Your partners and who sends you business.
Mark contacts as partners: lender, escrow, title, inspector, transaction coordinator, contractor, attorney, or your own types.
- Put partners on a deal’s team and see every deal a partner worked on.
- Mark referral partners, record who referred each deal, and see your top referrers.
- Record referral fees you pay out, with who they went to.
Investors
Know which of your people are investors.
Mark any contact as an Investor and find all of them in one place.
- Tick Investor on a contact and a small Investor badge shows on their card.
- One Investors view in People shows every investor across your Active list, Past Clients and Sphere, and search works inside it.
- Ask Kelo “who are my investors?”, or tell it “Dana is an investor”.
- When you import or sync from Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail or a file, a new tag containing “investor” marks the contact as an Investor, and ticking Investor in Execio adds an “Execio Investor” tag in Follow Up Boss.
Your contacts, in and out
Bring everyone in. Take everything out.
Start from the contacts you already have.
- Connect Follow Up Boss or BoldTrail.
- Import a CSV or Excel file, including exports from Google Contacts and Outlook, or contact cards (vCard) from your phone.
- Duplicates are matched and held for you to review, and a file import can be undone.
- Export your contacts, with or without their history, as a CSV file anytime.
Ready when you are.
Execio is opening to agents in small groups.
