Integration
Execio + BoldTrail
BoldTrail stays your CRM and lead hub. Execio works alongside it as the place you work your relationships every day: who to call, what to say, and what comes next.
What comes into Execio
- Your contacts, with their lead source and stage or deal type.
- Calls logged in BoldTrail, added to each contact’s history. A call marked no answer or voicemail counts as an attempt.
- Execio checks BoldTrail for changes regularly while you have Execio open.
- Your BoldTrail hashtags decide which Execio list each contact starts in, and a hashtag can also mark a contact as an Investor.
- Contacts are matched against the ones you already have, to avoid duplicates.
What can go back to BoldTrail
- Turn on "Send my Execio notes and call logs to BoldTrail" in Settings, and the notes and calls you log in Execio are added to that contact in BoldTrail as notes. It is off until you turn it on.
What Execio adds
- A morning brief of who to reach out to today, and why.
- Kelo, an AI coach that knows each contact’s history.
- Voice debriefs after a call, saved as a clean note.
- Past client and sphere nurture with last contact and stale flags.
- Deal net, costs and return by lead source, tracked in Execio.
How you connect
- During early access, we set up your BoldTrail connection key with you. Then in Execio’s settings, choose BoldTrail and enter it with your BoldTrail email.
- Your contacts come in and sort into your lists.
- If a sync ever fails, Execio tells you and shows how to fix it.
Deals are tracked in Execio and do not sync with BoldTrail today.
BoldTrail is a trademark of its owner.
