CRM

Two-way sync that keeps Execio and Follow Up Boss working as one system.

What this integration is

Execio connects to your Follow Up Boss account so the two work as one system. Follow Up Boss stays your CRM and lead hub — where leads land and your full database lives. Execio is your daily execution layer: where you work your relationships, run your pipeline, and get coaching from Kelo. The integration keeps both in sync, in both directions, so you never enter the same thing twice.

You stay in control of what crosses over. Execio isn't a dump of your entire CRM — you choose which contacts sync, using tags, so Execio holds the relationships you're actively working rather than every lead you've ever captured.

What syncs — both directions

  • Contacts. Tagged contacts stay matched between Execio and Follow Up Boss. Names, phone numbers, and emails sync both ways — edit in either system and the other updates. New values are added rather than overwritten, so you don’t lose data on either side.
  • Deals. Your pipeline syncs two-way across both your buyer-side and seller-side pipelines in Follow Up Boss. Stage changes, price, key dates, and commission flow between the systems. If a deal moves from your Buyers pipeline to your Sellers pipeline (or back), Execio updates its side automatically.
  • Logged contact and calls. When you log a touchpoint with someone in Execio, it’s recorded in Follow Up Boss too. Calls you log in Follow Up Boss appear in that contact’s history in Execio, so your "last contacted" stays accurate no matter where you worked.
  • FORD notes. Your FORD notes (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Dreams) sync into a clearly marked section of the contact’s Background in Follow Up Boss — and back. Anything written in that Background outside the Execio section (a teammate’s notes, for example) is preserved and shown in Execio for context.

Kelo, your AI coach, sees all of it — synced contacts, deals, FORD, and your Follow Up Boss notes — so its coaching reflects your real, current book of business.

How it works

  • Connect once. Link your Follow Up Boss account from Execio’s settings using secure sign-in (Execio never sees or stores your password).
  • You choose what syncs, with tags. Only contacts you’ve tagged come into Execio. Lead capture and your full database stay in Follow Up Boss.
  • Stages map automatically. On connect, Execio matches your Follow Up Boss deal stages to its own for both your Buyers and Sellers pipelines. You can review and fine-tune the mapping anytime in settings.
  • Most recent edit wins. If the same record is changed in both places, the latest change is the one that sticks.

What it doesn't do

Being clear here matters more than overselling:

  • It's not a lead-capture tool. New leads still land in Follow Up Boss. Execio is where you work the relationships you choose to bring over — it doesn’t replace your CRM.
  • It doesn't send messages for you. Logging a call or touchpoint records that contact happened. It never sends texts or emails on your behalf.
  • Teammate/freeform Background notes are read-only in Execio. Only your FORD section syncs as editable notes. Other Background content written directly in Follow Up Boss shows in Execio for context but is edited in Follow Up Boss.
  • Waived contingencies live in Execio. Follow Up Boss has no "waived" state for a contingency, so when you waive one in Execio, it simply isn’t sent over as a date.
  • The separate Follow Up Boss "Notes" feed isn’t synced yet. Structured relationship notes belong in FORD; standalone Notes-timeline sync is on the roadmap.

Setting it up

  • In Execio’s settings, connect Follow Up Boss and sign in to authorize the link.
  • Tag the contacts you want to work in Execio (in Follow Up Boss or Execio).
  • Review your stage mapping for the Buyers and Sellers pipelines — adjust any that didn’t auto-match.
  • That’s it. From here, your edits flow both ways automatically.
